1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
Customized or altered products made upon the customer’s request cannot be returned.

3. Non-returnable Items

Accessories and items purchased as part of special offers (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
Underwear or socks, for health and hygiene reasons.

4. How to Request a Return

Please contact us via WhatsApp at Number with your order number and reason for return. Your request will be reviewed, and you’ll receive a response within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Process

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
